Payment:
We accept Paypal or bank transfer.

calculation and check out via Paypal.

Shipment:
As soon as we receive your payment, the order will
be shipped the next working day . All costs of shipping are for regular
certified mail. If you wish to use express or insured mail, please
contact us for cost calculation.
Return policy:
Even we are trying to offer you images of the
highest possible quality, we are conscious of the dificulty to
represent three dimensional objects and specially such complex
structures like minerals on photographies.
Because of this we offer you to return your sample
in the case that it doesn’t correspond to your expectations. We
also accept the return in case of damage by transport.
In case of return there should be fulfilled the
following conditions:
- Send us a message by e-mail.
- Return the sample within 7 days.
- We should receive the sample within 30 days
after you comunicate us your decision.
- The sample should be returned by the same
shipping method and modality and in the same condition in which
you received it, under responsability and charge of the purchaser.
- Once we reveived the sample, we’ll refund
the amount of the purchase except the shipping costs.
